admiring stay
central location later check room layout
i appreciated the central location. the pool was a major highlight after exploring. our check out was later due to our flight, something i valued. the room was big with an enormous layout.
the breakfast had limited options with slow refilling. this impacted morning plans.

a large, equipped gym is available. the pool is long at approximately 25 meters. a sauna, steam room, and caldarium offer space to relax. i see the parking area close to hotel europa, a short walk away.

large pool helpful staff
The staff was attentive . i enjoyed the 25-meter pool. It allowed for a proper swim. breakfast included many options for every taste. the gym had all necessary equipment.
the lift closed too quickly, potentially causing injury.

perfect location helpful staff swimming pool
The hotel had a great location right next to the central cathedral. The staff was always available to address any request. I appreciated the swimming poolwith additional value. The air conditioning worked well .
I noticed the lift buttons jammed on every level. I wasted time going up and down. The issue needs to be fixed .

This location is wonderful because it is just one minute from the central cathedral. The central square is easily accessible, next to Baščaršija. Restaurants, bars and bistros are close by, too.

the included breakfast was adequate with fresh food options. the staff made arrangements, they were very professional. the location is within walking distance to city center. my room was relaxing, the hotel is upscale.

I found the hotel's central location convenient. It made access to key attractions straightforward. The on-site facilities, particularly the pool and gym, enhanced my stay. The staff offered assistance with directions and other services with notable efficiency.
I noticed some minor wear in the hallway carpeting. It is not a major issue.
